Sorry, I just noticed you wanted a translation for "educatori professionali" too, and not just "seguire il lavoro".
I don't think this figure exists in the UK (I may be wrong), so I would be tempted to go with something along the lines of "professional instructor" and provide an explanation in brackets if necessary.
