Les éléments de tuyauterie doivent être sablés à blanc et recevoir une couche d’apprêt anticorrosion en atelier, avant leur livraison sur le site.
I believe that "sablé" is "sanded" but à blanc?

Does the pipe need to be sanded to the metal level if it has paint on it?
Although the Lokring fitting will “bite” through the paint. If the pipe is not sanded to bare metal, it can not be visually inspected prior to installation.
