partially detached in areas throughout the frame and in numerous places it has fallen off completely

Explanation:
cadute = fallen bits of stucco
sollevamento = areas that are no longer attached to the frame itself

From what I have been able to find, Daniela Zambrini's translation of "sollevamenti" as "buckling" seems to be a strong possibilty, and "buckling" is certainly a technical term. "Partially detached" is a more cautious translation, if there is any doubt about the precise nature of this aspect of the damage.

Example sentence(s):
 • the stucco has become partially detached in areas throughout the frame and in numerous places it has fallen off completely.
