Este vorba despre persoanele din institutii gen aziluri de batrani, orfelinate, pacientii internati pe termen lung (de pilda bolnavi de tuberculoza) etc. Intr-un document de epidemiologie am gasit traducerea "rezidentii din institutiile de ingrijire pe termen lung", dar mi se pare cam fortat... Sper sa iti fie de folos macar un pic :)
