Swedish term
Arbetet släpper jag inte
Swedish to English

Poetry & Literature
My Swedish is minimal and I'm supposed to proofread the English translation but this phrase has been left untranslated, so I need your help :)
This is a personal account of someone living with an incurable disease and describes how she is coping with everyday activities. The above phrase is related to work but I cannot understand it. Does it mean that work alone does not fulfil her?
Thanks for your help!

I won't give up working
It's not that work doesn't fulfil her, it's rather that she won't stop working (presumably because it *does*).

I won't let go of my job
To me it sounds more like she will not let go of her present job than that she will not stop working in a general sense even though the intended outcome may be the same.
I won't let go of my job" also reflects the strength of the commitment
expressed in "Arbetet släpper jag inte". "I won't give up working" does not."
