Comment: "Thanks very much - It was certainly not easy. I tentatively used 'domiciled bill' and I'm still waiting for confirmation or otherwise that this is indeed the case. The problem is compounded by the fact that the French talk of the 'bordereau' whereas I think the English would be more direct and say the bill itself. "
