English to German Tech/Engineering Automotive / Cars & Trucks

This is from a car manufacturer's service document, there is no context for it., just refers to 'repairs under the xxyear/xxmile emission control warranty'.
It seems to relate to a US law (most of what I found was from California), where the emission control components in a car are guaranteed to perform according to this legislation for a certain period of time or miles driven.

So is it 'Emissionskontrollgewährleistung'?? I should probably leave the English term in there, but I still need a German expression for it. Any better ideas?
