Kind of makes it even more confusing, eh? I think a bit more context would help. This is a student transcript, right? So what we're seeing here is a record of courses that have been taken, degrees, received, etc? I've considered "pre-requisite", and "admission" but they convey completely different meanings. So, either more context or perhaps a consultation with the client.

Hi Kevin, "acceso" appears 4 times, as follows:

Datos de acceso a la universidad
Acceso: Título de ingeniero técnico

Datos de acceso a la titulación
Acceso: Ingeniero Técnico Industrial

Hi Paula. Does that word appear anywhere else in the text? For example, if it does mean "entry" then it may appear in front of all the various data in a given context. If it is just this one appearance, it may mean something else.
