Freehold building Explanation: 1. Land and buildings can be freeold in Anglo-Am. law. 2. If the building is on 'free' land owned by the building proprietor, it's freehold. No need to add the land bit. 3. If the building is on 'ofri' grund, so owned by someone else, it's a leasehold building. Example sentence(s):
