Discovery means any NATURAL RESOURCE DAMAGE first discovered at any COVERED LOCATION during the POLICY PERIOD where NATURAL RESOURCE DAMAGE is encountered during the ordinary course of the INSURED's use of the COVERED LOCATION as of the inception date of this Policy and is not discovered as a result of an investigation or survey to assess, identify or search for the presence of any NATURAL RESOURCE DAMAGE in, on, at, or under any COVERED LOCATION or which is otherwise caused by an activity that is actually earned out by the INSURED at any COVERED LOCATION
