disagree  Lavander: a registry szónak sok más jelentése van, összekeverheő velük. Jelenti a nyilvántartást, a bejegyzések tényét, magát az anyakönyvet kevésbé. Szerintem itt is inkább nyilvántartás, mint maga a kézzelfogható anyakönyv. A jogi szótárak register-t írnak.

  -> I think "register" is also correct. In that case I would suggest "civil register." IMO "civil register" and "civil registry" are generally used interchangeably to mean the records. I agree that registry can also mean the office where the records are kept.
