wear time on your wrist
Explanation:
there are numerous possibilities, aren't there, here's one, you could also say the watch is "like an extension of your skin".
I agree with your doubt, as "second skin" suggests something like a wet suit for diving, something which covers the body like the skin does (but a wristwatch doesn't, so the original is not a brilliant analogy IMHO). HTH :).

an extension of yourself

Explanation:
Second skin isn't really used in English I see that it is a popular documentary title at the moment, hoever.
We do say that something is an extension of oneself but, I wouldn't sau an extension of your skin.

second skin

Explanation:

Morellato Jewels is essential design and strong character. 18kt gold and steal melt together with an unexpected element: skate. Esothic taste of the natural and precious skin that secret and mystery of the Indian Ocean refine with special glamour. A second skin for those who like to differ through style details.

ultra-flat watch

Explanation:

Ultra-flat watch, so thin that you'd think it's a tattoo

O qualcosa del genere, a seconda del contesto.
Spero ti possa essere utile :)

an interpretation of the 'second skin' part.
Though it makes me wonder whether it is as difficult to remove as a tattoo!!
