إذا كنت تنحين إلى استخدام اسم الفعل أو تفعيل الجملة فالأفضل استخدام كلمة (ملء أو ردم) فتقولين مثلاً: رَدم حفرية بلاطة الأساس بطبقة من الحصى. لاحظي أنني أضفت كلمة (حفرية) لأن كلمة (ملء / ردم) لا تصلح للكلمة (بلاطة). لذا إذا أردت الاستغناء عنها فالصواب استخدام كلمة (طمر) وهي الأنسب لتصبح: طمر بلاطة الأساس/القاعدة بطبقة من الحصى؛ مثلاً
