Italian term or phrase: complesso immobiliare e mobiliare
This is in reference to a property which houses a cogeneration plant as being exempt from having to provide a certain energy certificate. The property, which consists of the plant building and the land it sits on, is referred to as a "complesso immobiliare e mobiliare," a term I have not heard before.

Is it as simple as "real estate and investment complex?" Obviously not as zingy as the Italian...

There is no mention of any sort of valori mobiliari anywhere else in the document, so I am pretty sure this is a general term applied to this property.

Any help would be great. Thanks!
