Tech/Engineering - Computers: Systems, Networks / maintenance
French term or phrase: casquette de demande
A manager sings the praises of a maintenance provider for logistics hardware: "pas d'ouverture de ticket, pas d'attente, pas de casquette de demande". I am guessing "(no) triage of requests", but I freely admit I am guessing! Any other ideas?

I agree that it is not the usual way of saying this in French, but the author may be trying to be cute or innovative. It is a playful sentence, expressing happiness in finding something quite unusual in a service provider.

Asker: that kind of cap would be "plafonnement" in French...

Asker: Thanks for your and everyone else's help. The end client has not got back to me and I'm not fully convinced by any of the suggestions - particularly as none of us appear to be native French speakers - so I haven't graded.
