The tribunal, upon the request of a party to a Dispute or a party to this Agreement which itself wishes to be joined in any reference to arbitration proceedings in relation to a Dispute, may join any party to this Agreement to any reference to arbitration proceedings in relation to that Dispute and may make a single, final award determining all Disputes between them. Each of the parties to this Agreement consents to be joined to any reference to arbitration proceedings in relation to any Dispute at the request of a party to that Dispute.
