U-shaped fish hook
I specialize anthropology and archaeology, but not very familiar with this particular subject.
However, instead of being so entangled by Japanese word 結合式, how about simply go by the shape itself as shown in your link (which even says U-shaped)?
Unless the job you are engaged in is for pure academicians, "U-shaped" would be far easier to understand for many.

integrated fishing hook
In few sites I found reference of "Compound Fishing Hook" about the Okhotok civilization. However, looking at the explanation given after the pic, "integrated" may be more suitable.
