mislim da je smisao da je opunomoćenik ovlašten primati novac za račun opunomoćitelja i temeljem toga u nekom obliku formalno osloboditi "dužnika" obveze prema opunomoćitelju, "dati mu razrješnicu"... dala bih doduše, ne baš ruku, ali prst u vatru:) da ni autor ne bi mogao najjednostavnijim riječima opisati što je htio reći:))... pompozno jest, svakako, al baš me zanima kako bi formulacija funkcionirala u praksi na hrvatskom sudu ili slično, ehehehe...
