No puedo usar "oxidación" porque es demasiado genérico. Se puede "remove" una decoloración? Esta parte de la norma habla de diferentes métodos de limpieza con chorro abrasivo...

¿Alguien me puede ayudar?

Explanation:
Llevo coleccionando monedas muchos años y aparece mucho tarnish por todas partes. Existen el sustantivo deslustre y el verbo deslustrar, pero a mí me suena más natural decir que el lustre de algo se pierde.

agree  cranesfreak: tarnished steel= acero empañado o acero opaco. Tarnished steel, en ingles es lo contrario de polished steel. Saludos a todos :)
