Hola a todos, necesito ayuda con la traduccion al ingles de este texto, especificamente lo que no entiendo, ya que no conozco terminologia legal, es el "hara presumir de derecho". Agradezco su ayuda!!! :)

"De derecho" es en ese evento "ipso jure" o "by operation of law".
Opino, esperando otras opciones, que sería una construcción como "it shall be presumed by operation of law"

there will be a legal presumption
This makes more sense in the context of a contract. It is stating that there will be certain legal presumptions unless proven otherwise. I believe this is more accurate than translating the provision verbatim b/c what a law presumes is not stated in a contract, rather a statute.
