Ich habe den Eindruck, dass es im Deutschen keinen festen Ausdruck gibt. Da Hauptproben mal mit und mal ihne Kostüme stattfinden, sollte "ohne Kostüme" in Klammern angegeben werden, wenn die von mir zitierte Definition richtig ist.

  -> Danke, Ingeborg. Ich denke, diese erste gemeinsame Probe von Sängern und Orchester findet vor der Generalprobe statt, die dann mit Kostümen exakt wie am Premiereabend abläuft.

C'est la première répétition où l'orchestre est impliqué.

Ces répétitions se tiennent avec les solistes et le choeur sur scène et l'orchestre dans la fosse. Il n'y a pas de jeux scéniques comme tel, ni costumes, mais il y a parfois des déplacements sur scène de façon à ce que les chanteurs expérimentent la véritable relation dans l'espace entre l'endroit où ils chantent, les décors et le chef d'orchestre placé dans la fosse.
Pendant toute cette répétition, on se doit de jouer l'opéra en entier. Les solistes chantent à pleine voix pour tester l'équilibre sonore.
