'den Ergebnissen kommt ein eigenes Gewicht zu' Für mich heisst dass, dass diese 'an Bedeutung gewinnen'. Ich finde nicht, dass 'eigenes' hier unbedingt übersetzt werden muss, da offentsichtlich der Grund dafür später angegeben wird
