(2009-05-05 13:07:39 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "vollstreckbar" bezeichnet die grundsätzliche Eigenschaft: z.B. vollstreckbarer Titel heißt, man kann vollstrecken ohne zuvor vor Gericht zu ziehen, man kann den Titel aber auch in der Schublade liegen lassen und nichts unternehmen. "zu vollstreckende Forderung" heißt m.E., dass schon ein konkreter Vollstreckungsauftrag erteilt worden ist. |
