Verdiğiniz linkte Secure Perfect özel isim bence. Diagnostic Viewer ise bu secure perfect programında bir uygulama olmalı.Yani Secure Perfect Diagnostic Viewer'in tümden özel isim olmayıp sadece Secure Pefect'in özel isim olduğunu düşünüyorum, örneğin Firefox, Windows, Linux gibi.

Bende buradada Diagnostic Viewer tanısal dosya gösterici çünkü sonuçta bu dosya log dosyasını görüntülüyor. Ayrıca bendeki Pusula Yayıncılığa ait Bilişim Sözlüğünde Viewer kelimesi Dosya Gösterici olarak verilmiş ve tanımı da yukarıda yazdığım gibi.
