I have seen the one Kudoz entry for this already, but i feel i need more information. A company's articles of association:

Demeure réservée la forme authentique des décisions [de l'ass. gen.] qui modifient les statuts selon l'article 647 du Code des obligations.

and later:

La renonciation à l'élection d'un organe de révision en vertu de l'art. 30 demeure réservée.


In the first it applies to a thing "forme authentique des decisions", and in the second to an action "renonciation a l'election", and it has got me stumped.

From looking at the way the term is used in docs found on the net (all Swiss), I'd say it does mean something like "reserve the right" or "right is reserved to" but that doesn't always fit. In the example below it could be translated as "cannot be excluded" as well as "reserve the right". In art.8 in the rsju link, it would be something like "remains applicable".

Wendy, it may mean "remains confidential" but I am not completely sure since it may mean "with the reservation of" in the sense of subject to, depending on the context. Anyway, just a suggestion and you can see if it fits.
