credit-worthiness documentation Explanation: It's difficult to know without further context whether this would be 'credit checks', 'credit records', etc. Effectively it is information provided to document a credit record. Do you have context on what information has been requested? -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 25 mins (2009-01-21 10:40:36 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Perhaps - documentation of your credit-worthiness / credit status (presumably the documents could prove they are not credit-worthy!) |

credit report Explanation: Again, not really knowing if you would like UK or US - here in the US, a financial institution will "pull a credit report" to judge a person's (through Equifax, Transunion or Experian) or a business's (Dunn & Bradstreet) creditworthiness before granting a loan. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2009-01-21 14:57:35 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Hi, Martin! Nicole just mentioned that more documents are required based on your note to Mary, which I hadn't seen when I answered. In that case, credit documents to include credit report, etc. would also work. I don't believe I've ever heard the term "creditworthiness documentation", and I personally cringe when I think someone is checking to see if I'm "worthy", but that may just be personal opinion...:)) |
