A compilation of the detected RFLP alleles of all isolated susceptible F2 individuals or homozygous F3 progeny is shown above. Note that individual #1 is not shown above. The compilation reveals that cross-over types of recombination (CO) and non cross-over types of recombination (NCO) are found with a ratio of 6 : 4, cross-over types of recombination are resolved unidirectional, and NCO recombinants were not observed with parental mlo-11 alleles.
Note:
There are two types of recombination, that I don't know. I think it is only one question. Thanks a lot!
