Could it be just a ready-mixed powder, just add water and stir and you get the concrete?

Would anyone with a really good working knowledge of construction in English like to take over the translation? First of all I think you need TRADOS or similr, as it is a 44-page brochure. If this is as Saskia says, perhaps 'dry-mix insulating concrete' or (more formally) 'dry-mix insulating concrete compound'

It appears that this company is introducing a few new products. If there is such a thing as insulating concrete, they now have some powder to pour over the concrete to achieve this.
