Here's the full sentence, which I'm having difficulty coming to terms with...
"L'acquéreur s'interdit de disposer des droits résultant des conditions particulières et servitudes, tout acte de disposition les concernant ne pouvant intervenir qu'après achèvement dudit immeuble et transfert de propriété **au profit de tous les bénéficiaires de remise de locaux** à construire dans l'immeuble (en paiement total ou partiel du prix de vente des biens et droits immobiliers)...
with the part between the ** really bothering me!

This is how I understand it, remise being the handing over of the premises. I don't know if this helps - the whole sentence is about as clear as mud

The purchaser undertakes not to exercise his rights resulting from special conditions and easements, any agreement to this effect not being able to be enforced until after the building has been completed and the transfer of ownership has been made to all the beneficiaries of premises in the building to be handed over once constructed (in total or partial payment of the sales prices for the property assets and rights). HOWZAT???
This is how I understand it, remise being the handing over of the premises. I don't know if this helps - the whole sentence is about as clear as mud
