English term or phrase: qualify for full reimbursement
Once the Distributor satisfies Warranty requirements and has complied with all applicable policies and procedures, Distributor shall be entitled to full or partial credit for parts and labor on warrantable repairs.
Labor is reimbursed at the agreed shop rate so long as the Warranty-related work is performed by a Certified Service Person, which is defined as a service person who is employed by the Distributor and who has received service training within the prior twelve months.
Certified Service Personnel must attend the service training school on an annual basis in order to maintain their certification and qualify for full reimbursement at the Distributor’s shop rate.
