имеющийся перевод:
7.5. In case of a motivated refusal from the side of the Owner to approve the Project Documentation issued by the Designer, both parties shall compile a mutual act that shall list the necessary terms of its completion.

моя отредактированная версия:

7.5. In case of the Owner’s motivated refusal to approve the Project Documentation issued by the Designer, both parties shall draw up a bilateral statement listing the required follow-up revision activities.

нормально звучит, либо не лучше первого варианта?
