(Возможно, стОит подумать и о таком слове, как "encapsulated"... По сути, что же ещё, в принципе, отличает "организованную" гематому от "неорганизованной"?)

Т.е. "организованная", на мой взгляд, означает здесь, прежде всего, "осумкованная" ("инкапсулированная")...
