Mi sembra una lettura sensata. Poiché si verte in tema di brevetti, mi pare che claim vada inteso nella sua accezione tecnica di rivendicazioni del brevetto. Per ragioni eufoniche scioglierei rejections in "motivi di rigetto".

Mi sembra che il sistema italiano sia più rigido e non conosco una procedura equivalente all'Office Action. Ma posso certamente sbagliarmi.

Asker: Nella prassi statunitense la "Office Action" si intende come un'azione intrapresa dall'esaminatore per rigettare il marchio o per apportare delle modifiche. Mi chiedevo se anche in italiano l'espressione "motivi o provvedimenti di rigetto" alludesse alla correzione del testo brevettuale.
