Source text - English If Owner commences suit on any controversy or claim concerning royalty accountings rendered to Owner under this agreement, the scope of the prceeding will be limited to determination of the amount of the royalties due for the accounting periods concerned, and the court will have no authority to consider any other issue or award any relief except recovery of any royalties found owing.
Translation - Italian Qualora intraprenda un’azione legale avente ad oggetto una controversia o una pretesa relative al computo di royalties rese all'Autore ai sensi del presente contratto, l’oggetto del procedimento sarà limitato alla determinazione dell’ammontare delle royalties dovute per i periodi contabili in questione; il giudice adito non potrà pronunciarsi su nessun’altra questione né disporre rimedi diversi dal provvedimento di condanna al pagamento delle royalties che riterrà dovute.
