saya bingung dengan konteks istilah "menguntungkan" dan "mengabaikan"... dalam contoh "Kondisi geografis yang kurang menguntungkan untuk sejumlah desa kerap menyebakan perumusan perencanaan di tingkat kecamatan MENGABAIKAN desa-desa tersebut.
