Oana, e vorba de ceea ce plateste angajatorul sau salariatul ? Eu am dat raspunsul pt. cazul in care plateste angajatorul, ca altfel e doar "withholding" simplu.

Pentru posibilitatea 2, atunci cand aceasta taxa e platita de salariat:
