I have seen wool feltng here in the UK. Hindi po yon plinantsa, it is a special procedure.

: I know felting. I've seen it here in Icelaand and Denmark too. I am not referring to the process of using a flat iron but merely describing how it looks. You say "plantsadong" pera, but you don't mean it was actually flattened by an iron.
