English to Polish Law/Patents Law (general)

Payment schedules will be based on Supplier’s achieved Milestones in
such a way that Forecasted Net Cash profile of the Supplier will be close to zero at all time of the contract. Flowdown of Prime Contractor
payment conditions by Customer is not authorised. Payment will comply with XXX's Netting or Clearing rules, and will be based on
acceptance of the achieved Milestones by the Prime Contractor.
