This term is in the EMPLOYMENT INVESTIGATIONS chapter and it says as follows:
"Records search
We conduct a criminal and, if appropriate, civil lititgation record search for the county where the person has resided. Any misdemeanor, convictions, felony convictions, open arrest warrants, and/or related activities are reported.
I would translate it as ORDEN DE ARRESTO PENDIENTE but I am afraid it would be understood as if the judge hasn't issue the warrant.
I would really appreciate your help.
