Another question from an operative report for an aortic valve replacement and coronary bypass surgery. I know what IVA is, but I'm confused about PIVA:
On abord le réseau IVA. On ne peut pas se mettre au déla du dernier stent sur PIVA car il faudrait quasiment ponter la pointe. On va aborder PIVA au niveau de sa partie moyenne.

| You may be right about "P" actually being an "L", but I am unable to check with the document's author and I had to deliver the translation. So, I used Liz's solution, and just made a note to the client (insurance agency) that PIVA isn't a standard abbreviation, and that it may even be a typo. I figured that that was the best way to handle it. Thanks for all of our help! |
