Mira el segundo enlace, está en ambos idiomas. Hay algunos enlaces en los que lo traducen como no circunvención, pero no sé si es correcto, no lo encuentro en mis diccionarios. Circunvenir es hacer trampa, darle la vuelta a algo para hacer algo indebido, sin seguir las reglas establecidas. Eso de no circunvention se menciona mucho en Confidentiality agreements, "Non-circumvention and non-disclosure".
