Should I just say "rebranding?" Is there a synonym which could be more appropriate? Thanks!
Mise aux couleurs
AAAA devient BBBB
Thanks!

rebranding
Definitely rebranding. however to avoid using the same word many times, if your talking about "flotte" as in planes, trains, buses, or trucks you could use "new livery."

customisation or adaptation
There is already a glossary entry on this, see http://www.proz.com/kudoz/french_to_english/it_information_t...
Essentially I suppose it means the same thing as 'rebranding' but you might want to use one of these words if you want to avoid using the same word repeatedly.

CMJ_Trans (X)
: it's surely more a question of a buyout and the whole livery, etc. having to go over to the buyer's colours?

changing colours
I offer this, since it seems we are looking at a heading here and therefore can afford to be more imaginative
43 mins
new colours
As you say, I think it is rebranding but with an effort to find something slightly different or even punchier for the title.

new livery
Especially if talking about uniforms, vehicles, etc.
4 hrs
updating the colour scheme
Or colour scheme update.
I think you can afford to be a bit creative here. 'Mise aux couleurs' suggests a play on 'mise au parfum' which has a touch of irony about it.
