La costruzione in cui si trova la frase mi puzza di non-madrelingua lontano un km. Da quanto ho capito shortlisted è "selezionato" (già cercato su proz) ma non so se per shortlisted bidder esiste una formula standard. Ecco la frase: "Euronet is very pleased and honored to have been chosen as a shortlisted bidder to provide a response (“Response”) to the Request for Proposal for the..."
