I haven't got a picture. The context is the pieces of a bulletproof vest. The sentence says:

Estas cintas dispondrán de un cierre tipo "velcro" y otro de presión que permitirán acoplar el ceñidor de campaña.

I imagine the "ceñidor" is for tightening or adjusting something (?)
