new chocolate

Non-PRO English to French Marketing packaging
chocolate packaging - it is meant to be a french brand - just using as a graphic slogan on front of pack - want it to mean that it is just launched - new product

Nouveau

I believe you can just use 'Nouveau' or 'Nouveauté'. Since it is placed on the chocolate bar itselg, it goes without saying that it's a new chocolate.

That's what you see on all "new" products. I would not add "chocolat" or any other word. "Nouveau!" on its own is like a magic word!
