From the context (the script of a promotional video), it seems to be the last text to appear, at the end of the video. Can anyone confirm if "backcard" be the right term?

Not closing credits Scott, thanks for the suggestion, but it's definitely not closing credits, because the last text in the script is the video's final message, or the main slogan.

Since you say that it's not "closing credits" - how about another suggestion: "closing titles."
