Italian term

increspate come mosse

Italian to English Other Textiles / Clothing / Fashion fashion
This is from a magazine article on a fashio parade.

I'm having trouble with this part: ..la scena e' per nuovi volumi nel tailleur, sottovesti con ricami rinascimentali e pantaloni con ballerine, cappe che nascondono le braccia o giache con una lavorazione speciale, increspate come mosse come da un plisse' solei a partire dal collo.

Sorry Leanne but I find it unclear "increspate come mosse COME da..." is there something in the middle or that COME has been erroneously added.

Rippling like movements/Rippling like waves

Mosso is wave and mossa is movement. Maybe a typo?

Rippling like waves is used often in such texts.
Note from asker:
yes I think it's mosso - as in rippling like waves given the rest of the sentence
