I know what it is .... I think .... but I can't find the term in English :

I've come across these a lot on boats, as well as elsewhere.
As the term 'bloc' leaves a degree of ambiguity, it's probably safest to keep it fairly broad in EN by the use of the word 'device'.
Other possibilities might be RCCB or RCB, but in both those cases, the 'CB' or 'B' stands for circuit-breaker, which is not specifically stated in the 'bloc' — though of course very much implied!
Certain types of device (though not as common on boats, I'd have thought) do indeed consist of an actual circuit-breaker, which can be driven by an add-on unit that may be a residual current (aka differential) device, or some other tripping system.
