Chilleron I have also found out it is definitely a type of sleeve/arm in a list of variants like raglan, kimono etc. and found a Spanish to German sewers glossary that lists Drachenkeil as un Chilleron in Spanish if that helps anyone!

Here is the link to the picture. From the text it sounds like it is referring to the sleeves, but still not sure of a translation of it.

Found a sewing glossary that had "gusset" for "Keil".

I'm guessing it would be a kite-shaped insert (inset piece of fabric) of some kind.
