agree  orientalhorizon: 理解完全正确。就是现在的“肺结核”,原来叫“痨病、肺痨”,几十年前本家一位长辈即死于此病,咳嗽了得有十余年。很多年后才知道当时所称的痨病就是肺结核。而原来的英文就是consumption。

agree  orientalhorizon: 就是几十年前常说的“痨病”,那时的“痨病”一般都是慢性的。因为当时医疗条件差,急性的很快就会成为慢性的。
